The management of Osun State Polytechnic, Iree, has announced that the Computer-Based Test (CBT) for candidates applying to the Higher National Diploma (HND) programs for the 2024/2025 academic session will take place from Wednesday, October 23rd, to Friday, October 25th, 2024.
A statement issued by the Registrar, Mr. Abiodun Oloyede, advised applicants who have already purchased the Admission Application Form to visit the institution’s website at ospolyportal.com to register for the CBT. A fee of ₦4,500 is required for the application.
The Registrar also noted that the Admission Application is still open on the website until midnight on October 25th. Applicants are urged to register for the CBT and print out their screening information, including the scheduled time and date for their individual assessments.
In another announcement, the Registrar confirmed that the Post-UTME Oral Screening for National Diploma (ND) applicants will be held from Monday, October 28th, to Friday, November 1st, 2024, at the institution. The schedule for the screening is as follows:
Monday, October 28th: Applicants to the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology (FICT), including Mass Communication, Computer Science, Office Technology and Management, Library Information Science, and Health Information Management.
Tuesday, October 29th: Applicants to the Faculty of Science, with programs such as Statistics, Science Laboratory Technology, Food Science Technology, and Geology. Applicants to the Faculty of Environmental Studies, including Building Technology, Quantity Surveying, Architectural Technology, Estate Management, and Urban & Regional Planning, will also be screened on this day.
Wednesday, October 30th: Applicants to the Faculty of Financial Studies, including Accountancy and Banking and Finance.
Thursday, October 31st: Faculty of Arts and Industrial Design applicants, including those in Arts and Design, Fashion Design, and Clothing Technology. Additionally, applicants to the Faculty of Engineering, which includes Civil Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Agricultural Technology, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering Technology, and others, will have their screening.
Friday, November 1st: Applicants to the Faculty of Management Studies, which covers Business Administration, Marketing, Procurement and Chain Management, and Public Administration, as well as those applying to the School of Vocational and Technical Education.
The Registrar emphasized that all applicants must bring photocopies of their O’Level results, their JAMB Score Slip, Post-UTME Registration Slip, and two passport-sized photographs. Applicants are expected to arrive at the Admissions Office by 9:00 AM each day.
