The management of the University Of Medical Sciences, Ondo (UNIMED) has officially released the 2025/2026 POST UTME Screening Form and Direct Entry Admission form. All candidates who chose UNIMED as their first choice of institution during the 2025 UTME registration and also score a minimum mark of 150 and above in 2025 JAMB UTME are to log in to www.unimed.edu.ng to apply.
Eligibility:
Applicants who are seeking for admission into The University Of Medical Sciences, Ondo (UNIMED) must choose the university as first choice during the 2025 UTME registration
Applicants must possess at least five credit passes in their O’level result in English, Mathematics and three other relevant subjects relating to their field of study in not more than two sittings
Applicants must not be less than 16years old

1. Click on Admission;
2. Click on Post-UTME to access the Post-UTME Portal;
3. Click on PAYMENT to make payment via the online payment system using Naira DEBIT Cards;
4. After payment, Click Here to Print Payment Receipt
5. On the Post-UTME Portal, Click on Application Login to Login with your UTME/DE Registration Number and Payment Transaction ID as Password to complete the Post-UTME registration.

2025 POST UTME SCREENING DATE AND VENUE OF THE EXAMINATION:
The 2025 Post UTME Screening Exercise will be held on Tuesday 26th, Wednesday 27th and Thursday 28th of August, 2025.
Venue of Examination and other modalities for the 2025 Post UTME Screening Exercise will be communicated to validly registered candidates via their individual portal on the University Website before the above stated dates.
ALSO NOTE THAT:
1. All candidates will be required to bring along the following items to the screening venue:
a. JAMB 2025 UTME Notification of Results Slip/Registration Slip for Direct-Entry Candidates;
b. Printed copy of the completed 2025 Post UTME Screening slip
2. For more information or clarifications, candidates are advised to visit the University website at www.unimed.edu.ng, send an e-mail to admissions@unimed.edu.ng, or call the following phone numbers: +234 705 121 2222 or +234 813 551 3654.
3. Any candidate (UTME or DE) who fails to present himself/herself for the 2025 Post UTME Screening Exercise will NOT be considered for admission.
4. Each candidate must be 16 years of age as at 30th September, 2025.
