The management of the Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA) has announced the commencement of its Post-UTME and Direct Entry screening registration for the 2025/2026 academic session.
Registration Period:
Starts: Friday, 25th July 2025
Closes: Friday, 28th August 2025
Late registration will NOT be accepted.
ELIGIBILITY
UTME Candidates:
• Must have scored 180 and above in the 2025 UTME
• Must have selected FUTA as First Choice
• Must be at least 16 years old by 30th September 2025
• Must possess 5 O’Level credit passes including English and Mathematics (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB – max. two sittings)
Direct Entry (DE) Candidates:
• Must have selected FUTA as First Choice
• Must possess a relevant qualification (e.g., OND, NCE, HND, A’Level)
• Must also meet the O’Level requirements stated above
IMPORTANT NOTICE
1. O’Level results must be uploaded on JAMB CAPS and shared with FUTA on or before the deadline.
2. Candidates who fail to register for the screening will not be considered for admission.
3. Late registration will not be tolerated under any circumstance.
