The management of the Federal University of Lokoja has announced the resumption of academic activities.
This was contained in a statement which was signed by Dr. Rebecca Amiohu Okojie Registrar & Secretary to Council , it says “Following ongoing efforts and consultations in several quarters to address the challenges which led to road mishaps that resulted in the loss of lives of five students and serious injury to some others, Senate at its Emergency Meeting held on Monday, March 10, 2025 approved the re-opening of the University with effect from tomorrow Tuesday, March 11 2025, however, lectures will commence with effect from Monday, March 17, 2025.”
All students are expected to resume back to school with immediate effect.
