NECO Announces 2025 Common Entrance Exam Date
The National Examinations Council (NECO) has scheduled the 2025 National Common Entrance Examination (NCEE) for Saturday, June 14, 2025. This exam is for students seeking admission into JSS1 in Federal Government Unity Colleges across Nigeria.
Exam Details:
Time: Starts at 7:30 a.m. (attendance, validation, sanitization)
Subjects:
Paper I: Mathematics, English Studies, Basic Science & Tech, National Values
Paper II: Quantitative, Verbal, and Vocational Aptitude
Format: Two papers with multiple sections
Eligibility & Registration:
Age: Minimum of 10 years by September 2025
Fee: ₦5,940
Mode: Online registration only (closes 9:00 a.m. on exam day)
After the Exam:
Successful candidates will be placed into JSS1 in Unity Colleges, known for:
