Rain Semester Exams end on Saturday, July 12, 2025.
Non-final year students must vacate hostels by Friday, July 18, 2025.
Graduating students (still working on projects/research) may stay until July 31, 2025.
All hostels will close by midnight of July 31, 2025.
Senate decisions on graduating students and good-standing results expected by August 14, 2025.
Hostels must not collect fees for retention/fresh bedspace allocation before results.
Private hostel bedspace application window: August 16 – September 5, 2025.
Application form fee remains ₦1,000.
No fee increment is allowed this session.
SWEP/SIWES/Teaching Practice students must:
Register for extended stay from August 1, 2025.
Pay a token for maintenance and essential service
College of Health Sciences students (e.g., Clinical, MLS, Physiotherapy, Nursing) arrangements remain unchanged.
