The University of Ilorin has announced that all events originally slated for the University Auditorium will now hold at the Multipurpose Hall, following the commencement of renovation work on the main Auditorium.
A memo issued by the Sub-Dean, Faculty of Education, Lateef Omotosho Adegboyega, PhD, notified members of the Faculty that all Auditorium-related activities have been temporarily relocated to the Multipurpose Hall. Consequently, the hall will not be available for Faculty Lectures during this period.
In the meantime, all Faculty Lectures have been moved to EDLT until further notice. The Sub-Dean expressed appreciation for the cooperation and understanding of staff members.
As earlier reported, renovation of the University Auditorium begins December 1, 2025, and is expected to run until the end of the month.
